斯格顿文具是香港科富创新有限公司旗下的文具品牌。香港科富创新有限公司是一家专门从事高端产品研发、生产、销售为一体的文具商贸公司，以办公用品、生活用品为主要发展方向的创新型企业。目前生产的产品有长尾夹、回形针、订书机、打孔机等新型产品。东莞市海洋五金制品有限公司是香港科富创新有限公司在大陆设立的生产基地，成立于2007年，厂址位于东莞市常平镇，厂房面积5000平方米，共有员工300多人。

公司拥有先进的五金零件生产设备和检测设备，拥有经验丰富的研发生产技术人员，建立了完善的品质控制体系。

公司奉行“以人为本、客户至上、质量第一”的经营理念，通过了ISO9001：2000国际质量认证体系及QC080000IECQHSPM有害物质过程管理体系认证。

Skeleton is a stationery brand under Innotech Appliance Ltd.Innotech appliance Limited is an innovative company which mainly develops office appliances and consumer goods, now we are specialized in developing, producing and selling high-end stationery products. The current products include new type skeleton clip, paper clip, stapler and paper punch. Ocean Metal Manufacture Ltd is the OEM factory for Innotech, it’s established in 2007, and located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, which covered 5000 square metres area and staffed by over 300 hundreds employees.

We operate a wide range of modern and sophisticated production and inspection machines, have experienced R&D and technical staffs, and had already setup a complete quality control system.

The aim of our company is “All base on employees, customers are the first, quality is the critical.” We had already achieved ISO 9001:2008 and QC 080000 IECQ HSPM certificates.

Now our products had got patent in most countries all over the world, got high comments from oversea customer, and also attracted them to get sole agent right.
